We can offer you hands on experience with all our animals. A chance to see the beginning of the journey that produces your daily pint of milk.

7 day old calves

Our calves are hand reared, fed twice a day and need careful attention to health and welfare to give them a good start in life.

Housed on loose straw

Once the calves have been weaned at 7 weeks of age, they are moved into a loose housing shed where they can run around at their will.

Youngstock housing

All the animals are housed during the winter months. Once spring comes around, they are all turned out to grass to graze the fields on the 60 hectare farm. During the spring, summer and autumn months, much of our time is used to harvest the crops of grass to make into silage, for the storing of the animals winter feed.
